a lot of people have been here for a long time and work together well with similar goals and focus, people are casual with good camaraderie

the people - in this environment, they become your friends

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It feels dreadful like management is always over your shoulder and any small thing will get you in trouble if I’m on break for 16 minutes instead of 15 then I’m in trouble. Yet management loves taking all the time they want and getting private lunches paid for them.
