I have enjoyed my years with this company. I have been able to grow with the company with several promotions. I would recommend, and I do, Aveanna to anyone including my friends and family. Aveanna is a great place to work.

Aveanna's Leadership Team is the best because they do inform and collaborate with other employees on a regular/weekly basis.

I am happy that I do have insurance coverage, but I do not like the current covering plans available.

The company is invested in the employees and that is easy to see with the amount that they pay for our benefit packages. Aveanna offers medical insurance, 401K, stocks/shares and other benefits.

Our Manager is awesome. We share, not only what is work related, but also some personal information which seems to help our working relationship and brings us closer. We respect each other.
