I tried to purchase a new phone on their app and the purchase was rejected. When I called the number to find out what was wrong, I was told that they cannot tell me because of security concerns but I could buy the phone at full price. This is called bait and switch.

The main complaint here is with the Boost Store owner, whom according to Boost are franchisees. Boost Mobile Management told me that they are not responsible for anything that happens at those stores. I was mistreated, misrepresented and verbally abused. The Ariana Street Store in Lakeland Florida
