Our regular customers and a few of my coworkers. Those that actually show up for work and actually work when they show up.
Area supervisors and up need to realize that employees and managers at the store level are extremely understaffed to compensate for the staffing hours that are constantly cut from the stores. There is little to no consideration given to those at the store level: Only demands from higher up.
Actually being able to find individuals that will show up. That don't have felony convictions. That aren't on drugs. That don't live off of government handouts. That can do more than just fog a mirror once in a while when they actually bother to show up for work.
We never hear anything good. Only the bad. Only the complaints. Only the demands from corporate to stop everything we are doing to send them pictures to prove that we did what they are paying us to do. All at the expense of customer service and doing what we are truly paid to do.
We don't have company meetings. Every day, at least one staff member at the store calls out sick. Every. Single. Day. Sometimes more than one. We can barely manage to keep the doors open; much less have a meeting. Time like that is only afforded at a level beyond the store level.
