Most of my managers are passive aggressive, they leave unconstructive notes all across the store and force us to come in even if we are sick/unable to. We have to stay overtime (closers) most nights and get in trouble if we don't want to stay pass 12:00 AM to finish the cooler.

They are kind (most of them) and try to help out when they can, they understand if you are sick and will try to help you leave early if possible.

Telling people what is the problem instead of leaving passive-aggressive notes across the store, not freaking out at people for not wanting to stay super late, and stop saying that they "don't care" if we have to stay late. It is incredibly dehumanizing.

Because of how I am treated and how horrible I am made feel when I try to call out sick for mental health reasons. I don't need to be paid more, I just need to be respected as an employee at the store I work.
