They are thoughtful on all decisions, how they will impact patients, teammates and the Village as a whole. They are also highly intelligent and caring people.

We are all passionate about what we do and what value we can bring to the Village and we have fun while doing it. There is always open communication.

Everyone is highly respectful of others. When you start the organization you get to spend time understanding other's roles and how you will interact. This mutual understanding is enormously beneficial when you are attempting to solve complex problems under high stress situations.
