Shows so much promise at interview stage yet failed to deliver. No interaction with line manger; it took me a couple of months to figure out what we offered to the client - I still don't know fully. Onboarding process to the account is not fit for purpose, Not many +'s to say about working here

a couple are OK; others are too busy and quite protective of their own job so don't like to share as much. They "help" by passing the buck.

Manager should care about the roles of the job and their staff development and inclusion - NOT just make sure you complete eTes - that is all they care about

Mandatory hols at xmas - why? if that's the case we should be credited with 3 hols to use when we want not when the company want us to

useless managers; more focus on staff development less focus on eTes; culture is "protect my own job by not sharing" needs to change. More interaction with line managers. Managers need to be involved with staff (same account at least) so they know what staff are doing. Reward framework = pay rises
