Our ASIAPAC Managing Director is worse than a used car salesman. Where the company mandate is that 50% of roles need to be filled by women, qualified for the role or not. Leading IT company, IT systems are broken and dont work. I work in a great team with a great manager, but DXC is seriously broken

Culture is good in terms of people and taking care of each other. Could be better in terms of taking care of customers. Culture was really bad with the old CEO, but the new one seems to be making a difference, it has gotten much better.

There is a mental fatigue from the lack of career prospects and that employees are rewarded not based on their work output
