Very good/ Pockets are excellent. i just wish people would turn their camaras on in meetings by design :-) i don't understand why people do not, and i think we should launch a campaign to help enable this.

it's open, and up until only recent we had a good reward system,

it has the right balance of technical and comptancy questions....people are friendly and direct

inclusive, collaborate, accountable, spend their time in meetings on camara, genuinely wanting to do the right thing

my basic salary is less than the average salary basic of the level below me in workday
