What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Don't offshore everything to low cost, low talent sweat shops.

What did you like most about the interview process?

It was CSC with managers who actually cared, they are all long gone now.

It was 10+ years ago with people I liked, but are not long gone from the company.

What are some of the best things about your team?

They are US based. Everyone else is in low cost center in India, China, Mexico, and the quality of the work reflects a low cost center with a checklist.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I get the highest rating on the yearly reviews year in and out, yet no compensation raise. Benefits get more expensive, they dont adjust your salary for cost of living or inflation. We should get 5% min for cost of living, then merit on top of that, every year.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Running a business. They don't know how to do it. ML is incompetent and PS shouldn't be allowed anywhere near a financial statement. Also, taking care of their employees, they don't. All they care about is who they can cut next and lining their pockets with their fat cat stock options.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Actually paying the people a raise for cost of living and inflation, I mean they all make millions of dollars a year, up from millions of dollars last year, yet none of the workers get any money, maybe 1-3% if you're lucky which is pathetic after 5+ years of getting dicked.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

If they ever gave raises out or significant bones, but they don't exist at DXC. You'll be lucky to have a job, let alone even think about getting a raise or bonus, even with the highest employee review rating, nothing. They'll pat you on the back and add you to a work force reduction list.
