Some of them care about people; however, the interest is much more expressed in terms of the business but not the employees.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Actually paying the people a raise for cost of living and inflation, I mean they all make millions of dollars a year, up from millions of dollars last year, yet none of the workers get any money, maybe 1-3% if you're lucky which is pathetic after 5+ years of getting dicked.

everything - learn from others who actually have a track record, don't take something that requires a lot of hard work and minimize it to something quick and cheap and doesn't work

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think I am doing an important job for the company; based on compensation surveys from similar companies I can find that my role is under paid. Specially when applying to other company jobs, it is disappointing to know how much other companies are offering and find how low is our salary at DXC.

I get the highest rating on the yearly reviews year in and out, yet no compensation raise. Benefits get more expensive, they dont adjust your salary for cost of living or inflation. We should get 5% min for cost of living, then merit on top of that, every year.

Still restructuring of comp needs to be done at lower and middle level of staffs. Many are under paid due to legacy. However it's a challenge and Management needs to retain the Best of talents in the days ahead

The collaboration is wonderful and helping each other - being able to state different points of views or opinions in relation to relavent issues or obstacles in the department.

They are US based. Everyone else is in low cost center in India, China, Mexico, and the quality of the work reflects a low cost center with a checklist.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people, we have built a great culture at DXC, this is the reason why it feels sad to consider leaving the company due to salary :(

Most of all is patience for learning curve - I choose to work more hours because I was slow and the remote office space new to me so I am familiarizing myself with the new technology and everyone is so patient.
