I feel undervalued because it seems only certain people in our organization are offered opportunities to travel, work on special projects, and attend professional development events. I would feel better if my boss & leadership discussed career opportunities for growth and praised our team's work

Salary adjustments need to be made on 6 monthly or yearly basis atleast. Today, folks with much lesser experience are being paid more than people with more experience and who have been consistent top performers. Employees who do well need to be rewarded.

We often have quick calls for what should be an email and long chats for what should be a call. A refresher on communication technology etiquette could help us work better together.

My work profile has been changed and I am being made to do transactional work consuming my 70-80% of my bandwidth. I did all these chores 10 years back in my career.

There is a lot of stress around the changes going on right now. It can be improved by being patient with those doing the work to get it done and showing appreciation after they get the job done. I also believe respect should be shown at all levels of leadership.
