Overworked in our business unit. Leadership team works around the clock. there is very little work/life balance. Leaders do not have families and work excessively. there is a culture that we should be accessible 24/7. work/life balance is not valued or encouraged. the past is frantic.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because it seems only certain people in our organization are offered opportunities to travel, work on special projects, and attend professional development events. I would feel better if my boss & leadership discussed career opportunities for growth and praised our team's work
