Communication, recognition, promoting, movement/opportunities for growth. Cultivate those with exceptional ratings. Care about people. Stop giving me stats on how many you promoted. Promotions aren't happening to most of us and those that are deserving are not being advanced.

Hiring, layoffs, length of time for approvals, Solution nightmares (hint offshore and tools), letting India GDIC run amok, customer relationships, constant cost savings in Service Lines at local level instead of back office. Constantly adding layers of management isn't helping our company.

I am not finance expert or executive and but there appears to be some wrong. When DXC was formed, it had approx. 23-24 billion $ revenue but now it's almost half of that, profit also has reduced to half, other factors are showing declining trend, so what are we missing?

Our night shift allowance is the best part of my benefits. It is computed per hour.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I love my job. I'm a high performer who strives to elevate others, and the flexible PTO has been very satisfying. However, I would like either a raise OR a higher 401k match, so the cost of living doesn't force me to get a second job.

There had been no salary raise even to match to the rising inflation over the past several years thus way undervalued and nothing is felt good about the compensation.

I don't feel undervalued. With rising costs/inflation, my pay is not fully covering the increases. I may have to look for a part time job on the weekend and some nights during the week to try and help.

I came into DXC with many years of experience when it was hard to find a position in my field. I had to start over. But since I have grown into a valuable member of my department. I am doing very specialized work, working with many different people outside my team. My pay does not reflect that.

I know I am paid far below what I should be making or would make if I went elsewhere due to the performance the company has had over the years. I went 10 years without a raise, and instead had 2 pay cuts in that time. Receiving other compensation, like more rewards points, would help.

The majority of the people on my account are very dedicated and highly skilled. Most of the people get along very well. We have a higher than normal amount of people that have been on this account for over 10 years, with a number who are over 20 years on this account.

Maybe the lead can actually set a regular face-to-face mtg session for team building purposes or so that we can at least have the opportunity to meet online the new employees/new team members. Once every month or 2 months perhaps

Individualism has become a habit, many people don't consider their impact on others' works, this is visible on attitudes such as not replying to emails. Proactivity also needs improving

There are many types of experts here, and we're encouraged to share our expertise with others through 1-hour trainings, 1:1 meetings, and group projects. I'm amazed at how much I've learned at DXC, and I frequently get to facilitate the growth of others.

Our account gets along well with each other, and with our customer, and we all work together. It is a very good environment. For the company overall, the ERGs are good, the learning options are pretty good (ITIL certification options are weak for the US), and communication is great.
