As a global service provider, I have been able to implement best practices across multiple companies, so that customers everywhere get a better experience. In an industry where companies are constantly shifting talent, working for a service provider gives me a much greater sense of job security.

The trainers for BPS Insurance Services are collaborative, innovative and always improving things. In addition, I have been working with ERG leaders from all over the globe, and they are fabulous, caring, energetic and humble.

My team is STELLAR! They are diligent, take initiative and truly seek to elevate others. In addition, we give one another feedback and share what we learn with one another, so the whole team benefits from continued growth.

My input matters and my work is not micromanaged. At the same time, I have clear guidelines and great resources. My manager encourages creative autonomy and negotiates to get the best situations for both our clients and our team.

There are many types of experts here, and we're encouraged to share our expertise with others through 1-hour trainings, 1:1 meetings, and group projects. I'm amazed at how much I've learned at DXC, and I frequently get to facilitate the growth of others.

I truly enjoy the ability to work with employees around the world in completely different jobs. The Global SME sessions are educational, the Well-being sessions are inspiring, and the ERG sessions have taught me about the experiences of others and honed my interpersonal and design skills.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I love my job. I'm a high performer who strives to elevate others, and the flexible PTO has been very satisfying. However, I would like either a raise OR a higher 401k match, so the cost of living doesn't force me to get a second job.

Our leadership encourages collaboration growth. They expect great results, but they are willing to let us innovate and learn. I don't know about other teams, but I greatly appreciate that my team maintains a certain amount of margin, so that we have adequate work-life balance and keep our spark.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Community is one of our core values, and it shows. There are so many groups and events through which people all over the company can meet over shared interests. For phone reps who can't attend as many meetings, there are replays and communications to promote good mental health and growth.
