My team and my manager.
They are gathering inputs from employees, hearing them and trying to address the issues.
Opportunities to improve and the ability to bring in process improvements to the team.
My team is always open to help, consult and ready to run to the fire.
There had been no salary raise even to match to the rising inflation over the past several years thus way undervalued and nothing is felt good about the compensation.
+ve is that there is a visible effort from top management to address the issues brought up thus trying to set up an appreciable environment. I think this should lead to a seemingly better culture.
At least within the team, my manager is very transparent and supportive. He allows us to take risk to achieve something. And I do exhibit the same for my team. I can't say overall as a culture.
We collaborate very well and support each other to meet the set project objectives. This is as a project team. But as a resource team under my people manager, each member works in their own space and possibly are not well connected.
For whatsoever reason for the past 5+ years there had not been any salary evaluation at all. It may be due to the separations and the followed consolidations etc. but there must be some effort put in on this topic. I am an SAP analyst/architect but there are no visible opportunities in this space.
