There are many career opportunities and good learning resources. Pay is below industry standard, raises are non-existent, and benefits are worse each year. There is constant cost cutting and WFRs instead of making systemic improvements resulting in low morale, impacting productivity & innovation.

No raise in over 12 years. Health benefits are expensive and don't offer great coverage. Even small perks like recognition awards have been stopped. No bonuses, no pension. Fixing even some of these would be motivating.

Communication is poor at times which causes double work and confusion. Too many changes take place before past changes can even gain momentum. Too many tools, processes, red tape, and boundary issues impact quality and timeliness of work.
