Pay your 2022 grads the same as the 2023 grads. Morale and culture is at an all-time low on the UK Early Careers Program. You may not realise it, but lots of people want to leave once the two years are up. We want our sign-on bonus and then we are gone. You have irreparably damaged us.

I joined the UKI team as an Early Careers graduate in 2022. Since then, the 2023 cohort have started and are on a higher salary than the 2022 cohort. Management have refused to match our salaries to the new cohort (despite the fact we all have more experience and joined for the same job). Insulting.
