I have not seen a raise or bonus in three years, ever since DXC was founded. Unbelievable. And at the same time, executives have left the company with huge golden parachutes. Disgusting.
Taking actions that demonstrate they care about people during COVID times like they say they do, not furloughing and laying off people. No more stock buy-backs. Bank money so it is available for a rainy day like COVID so employees can be supported, not furloughed/layed off.
My immediate team is the most positive culturally. However, once you go one layer up in the organization, I have little trust and confidence in those leaders because they are both unsupportive and fail to communicate to their organizations regularly. They do not model the culture they want.
