
Managers do not seem to have enough trust in their reportees
Tendency to help, though a bit more transparency with sharing information freely is encouraged
I see lot of micro managing and that needs to stop at all levels
Consider constructive ideas coming their way from employees from all levels at all times of interactions and chart out a long term strategic plan to be the leader in the industry
Company should ensure that every employee is working at a level+1 (at least) responsibility/ accontability. Employees made to work at level -x responsibiities and compensation would feel they are not treated adequately
