I am grateful for the job, but I do feel undervalued, and certainly underpaid. Praise is limited, and the company hires primarily externally, instead of actually training employees and building them up to fill available positions. These are key factors to maintaining a happy work environment.

Elemica needs to pay its employees better, and communicate about important issues like the company being sold, and potential layoffs.

The most positive thing is that I am able to work remotely and be around my family. One of the only things currently keeping me at Elemica.

Yes undervalued. Pay and benefits should be much better than what is currently being offered to employees. CEO and Executives pay increases year over year vastly exceed employees.

better compensation that matches inflation and the market value for the job. Company needs to train and hire internally, this almost never happens. People are not promoted within the company anymore. Growth in the company is stagnant at best.

The idea of on merit pay increases is insulting. Everyone works hard, and should be compensated for their efforts. Especially those who stay and work at the company for many years. Compensation increases have not even come close to matching inflation, its an insult.
