Not micromanaging everyone and moving the team responsibilities without adequately preparing the team for the new expectations, but getting reprimanded when they don't follow the new unknown expectations

Redefine roles and responsibilities. Equal opportunity for growth regardless of employees physical location and experience. Elemica might not have plans to invest in legacy technology but without path forward for these solutions treat them as "Bread winners" .

Due to lack of clear roles and responsibilities expectations are much higher from seasoned employees while there's a continuous growing void between various teams and knowledge. High EGO environment not only brings the morale down but also hinders personal and professional growth.

Focus is only on one product that is easy to understand, they are many other products that are not getting attention or people that know how to support, thus alienating our old long time customers
