Benefits need to more flexible Salary increases need to be adjusted by the current local countries and their situations (inflation ecc) Local benefits by the goverments and laws should be supported ()

QLE Sell product launch was mishandled. Supporting it requiring an inordinate amount of people & time. People are burning out. Our customers were disappointed & furious. There will be serious repercussions - as we lose people & as we pay customers to apologize & try to retain their confidence & biz.
