Some of my coworkers have problems following/remembering/understanding business processes and just do what they want or think is right. It would be great to not have to repeat what needs to/should be done on a consistent basis.

Majority of the coworkers are superb, however - a little bit of respect for the company and the management team should be a given. We are working with some leading brands and would love more people to be enthused by the idea.
