Great basic salary, a team bonus - probably not achievable because I can't control other peoples work, but great PMI and life cover

Caring, they care about staff, the way we work, the place we work, mental health, treating people as adults, HR are great too
What are some of the best things about your team?
Ryan is a brilliant boss - it's a pleasure to work for him and with him. I interact with my CS team members really well, and love working within the CS team.
