What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Due to migration issues: - Company totally lost focus - Many colleagues are overloaded with work, frustrated - Clients totally frustrated. Almost every QLE customer is not willing to grow business with Elemica anymore. We lost so much trust. - Our organization is not able to handle these issues

Less micro management, more enablement. More standardization, more awareness throughout everyone in the company how we work, what we do and how everyone contributes together. Less separation between departments.

Realistic goals to achieve at least.

Truthfully - those who appear to get the compensational increases (and communicate it) receive it with the threat to leave. For those of us who remain committed, dedicated and focussed - the compensation conversation is lengthy while consistently acknowledged as something that needs addressing.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some of my coworkers have problems following/remembering/understanding business processes and just do what they want or think is right. It would be great to not have to repeat what needs to/should be done on a consistent basis.

Majority of the coworkers are superb, however - a little bit of respect for the company and the management team should be a given. We are working with some leading brands and would love more people to be enthused by the idea.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am a 100% remote employee, and have been for several years. Elemica does a fantastic job of ensuring remote employees are heard and connected with others in the office.

What makes you most happy at work?
When nothing in my world goes wrong! When people remember and follow outlined processes and I don't have to argue with them about it. When I don't have to do a bunch of re-work or cleanup.

Huge miss of numbers by entire teams. Goals and quotas are unrealistic and create a sense of failure.
