Majority of people have career aspirations and are working to smash that glass ceiling, it's great to be surrounded by people like that.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Accesible, diverse, exciting driven - in 20% of the case. We are also hiring the right kind of people. Some "legacy" people are frustrating.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Engaging, driven, interested, compassionate but ambitious in their own careers as well. It is one of the biggest reasons "Why Elemica" for me. (other being client base)
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Amibitious, hands on and incredibly engaged. Great team work between them and also between teams. Very good at engaging people despite remote pressures. Super responsive, patient... all good things from me.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Majority of the coworkers are superb, however - a little bit of respect for the company and the management team should be a given. We are working with some leading brands and would love more people to be enthused by the idea.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Truthfully - those who appear to get the compensational increases (and communicate it) receive it with the threat to leave. For those of us who remain committed, dedicated and focussed - the compensation conversation is lengthy while consistently acknowledged as something that needs addressing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are operational and invested but equally respect people at each level and their knowledge set. I feel valued and empowered in each meeting I am in but also I feel I get the guidance for my high-level development and to get my head out the weeds. ;)
