Mostly great! We do have normal challenges with processes and people that can make things difficult for me on a consistent basis, but nothing that I feel is not getting addressed. In general, I really do love my job and working for this company!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am a 100% remote employee, and have been for several years. Elemica does a fantastic job of ensuring remote employees are heard and connected with others in the office.
What makes you most happy at work?
When nothing in my world goes wrong! When people remember and follow outlined processes and I don't have to argue with them about it. When I don't have to do a bunch of re-work or cleanup.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some of my coworkers have problems following/remembering/understanding business processes and just do what they want or think is right. It would be great to not have to repeat what needs to/should be done on a consistent basis.
