Frontier has been in an identity crisis since they started buying up areas. They became masters of triage but could never stop the injuries from happening. Now in chapter 11 we are finally starting to get a unified identity and objective. Working here has been a chaotic ride.

The culture is not very positive at all. If anything is positive it is the hope that chapter 11 will turn us around.

The largest problem is a lack of clear objectives from the top down. We spend too much time and money chasing whims instead of staying the course on a core strategy.

In general there needs to be more thirst for knowledge and more motivation to go out and get it. I wish I had more coworkers that inspired me to push even harder to grow.

I don't like the compensation package at all. I am forced to carry medical coverage I can't afford to use, so I just use the HSA account and pay as a cash customer. No perks are available for those who go above and beyond.
