NOT JUST ENCOURAGE EMPLOYEES TO VOICE OPINION, BUT ACTUALLY IMPLEMENT CHANGE TO INVEST IN UPGRADING INFRASTRUCTURE BY ADDING FIBER FOR RELIABLE AND FASTER INTERNET FOR RESIDENTIAL AND BUSINESS. RETAINING EMPLOYEES THAT HAVE IREPLACEABLE KNOWLEDGE WITH SALARY INCREASES AND BONUSES.
