Review from Engineering Dept
Forward thinking and realistic about recovery efforts.
Review from Sales Dept
My supervisor is willing to help me achieve my goals.
Review from Customer Support Dept

Review from HR Dept
For the most part, they are down to earth.
Review from IT Dept
That they care about the people.
Review from HR Dept
I admire my VP, he looks out for his management team and his entire BAM organization. He articualtes our needs to SVP and C-Level leadership and provide the necessary documentation to justify. He sees the best in everyone he meets. Very positive.
Review from Sales Dept
I like the transparent communication on what is going on.
Review from Customer Support Dept
The leadership team ensures that the employees are well taken care of and informed of the latest information.
Review from Engineering Dept
open communication, especially regarding Chapter 11 issues
Review from Engineering Dept
We are treated as hard workers and equal with our management employees.
Review from IT Dept
They refuse to let the people that know how to do the work, do it.
Review from Engineering Dept
they way they communicate on a regular basis
Review from Engineering Dept
No body knows anything, specially internal process that are extremely complex. Everybody is new so they have no clue of whats going on.
Making the employees feel valued and secure that they will keep their jobs, esp during this time.
Review from Design Dept
providing clear direction, less red tape,
Review from Engineering Dept
Defining a solid strategy forward. Directions change constantly. There have been limiting financial factors in the recent past which is understood, however the plan seemed to be to hang on as long as possible, rather than course correct. Hopefully that changes with the reorganization.
Review from Engineering Dept
Understanding the current workload in organizations that are not recorded in metrics, and addressing the need for resources to address it.
Review from Engineering Dept
Communicating Company Goals and Direction. Communicating Anything at all.
Review from Engineering Dept
The leadership team needs to improve at Customer Service. Their plans and ideas are not pertinent to current day needs of the customer. They roadblock equipment that we need to service our Customer's. The equipment in the field that is near exhaust should be a priority. Too bad only 300 characters
Review from Engineering Dept
making employees feel valued and having a positive outlook on the future of the Complany
Review from Engineering Dept
Frontier needs to understand that the employees are the base of this company. Not only are we treated like we are insignificant; when asked our opinions, they are tossed aside (probably not even looked at). No matter what upper management thinks, we all matter.
Review from Engineering Dept
Recognize and appreciate that every employee has value and contributes to the success of the organization and not just a select few. Treat everyone respectfully regardless of their rank. Consider being inclusive in collaborating with others and value everyone's opinion.
Review from Engineering Dept
Communicating strategic and tactical vision and prioities; demonstrating an understanding of competition and the market
Review from Engineering Dept
need to get better at communication
Review from Engineering Dept
Pay more attention to they're employees and their needs at the work place with systems that work. We have done without raises and our benefits keep going up. Board members received their raises and bonuses during the Chapter 11, yet those of us who are actually essential employees received nothing!
Review from Engineering Dept
Communication to lower level employees regarding emphasis of their value to the company and how their roles are impactful. Seemingly all communications are in regards to upper level management activities only. Show employees what to expect, and how investments made in the company may affect them.
Review from Engineering Dept
They need to work at improving our infrastructure and technology to keep pace with the communications industry as well as competition. Focus on improving revenue instead of micromanaging the employees doing the actual work. Too much time focused on counting, timing, and the process.
Review from Engineering Dept
Communication has always been an issue. Decisions are made from the top without involving those that do the job daily. Many of these decisions have time & money invested and then discarded because it wasn't thought out or discussed. Much time & money can be saved by involving those that do the work.
Review from Engineering Dept
Communication. Getting the same instructions from each one. Listening to the ones doing the work before rolling something out that may work in 1 state, but not in others.
Review from Admin Dept
personal accountability and getting to know each other. our manager does nothing but push emails to us. knows nothing about the industry and chooses to act like they know but has to delegate everything. our team is losing
Review from Sales Dept
Everything from treating employees better, making better decisions for employees and for the company
Review from Operations Dept
pretty much everything, direction/plan is never clear, they seem to have no idea what is going on at the bottom of the company, i.e. the people actually doing the work, and no idea how to help them, you can't see too much from a thousand miles away
