Review from Operations Dept

Review from Engineering Dept
Morale is low from an employee and a customer standpoint. Outages that go on for weeks leaves a bad taste in our customers mouth. We need more support for our IT team, to resolve issues with capacity of the plant and restoration processes
Review from Operations Dept
Frontier is a SINKING SHIP waiting to be sold.
Leadership refuses to listen to anyone. They keep implementing changes without regard to the consequences. Additionally, they do not care when advised that it is a bad idea. Everything has been moved from local control. Access is taken away from people that can help. Moral is as low as ever.
Review from Engineering Dept
need more people in our area so we are not overwhelmed when someone is off work
Review from Engineering Dept
No compensation for employees who go above and beyond the average.
Review from Engineering Dept
executives make the decisions but the employees suffer the consequences when things don't work out. there are no accountability and everyone goes into self preservation mode. the environment becomes inward instead of outward.
Review from Engineering Dept
Processes don't work, don't flow and no flexibility or desire to get things accomplished. It's like working in a union shop where people only do the minimum required and stifle any effort to expedite or work outside the processes. Gone are the days of individual empowerment to get things done.

Prefer not to answer the question
Review from Engineering Dept
It would be better if the changes that are going on would include the work experience of the people actually doing the job, they may get better results with everyone on board. Then they do not tell the workers that things have changed
Review from Engineering Dept
wow, I dont really know where to start
Review from Engineering Dept
The largest problem is a lack of clear objectives from the top down. We spend too much time and money chasing whims instead of staying the course on a core strategy.
Review from Engineering Dept
Again, it's the culture and the lack of concern for the good of the overall teams doing the work. The "get it done" mentality without clear direction , poor communication and the lack of support all need to be improved.
Review from Engineering Dept
Company needs to show that employees are valued and critical to success, and that the leadership understands the competitive market and the customer space.

My Team needs headcount. More work coming in that has became not manageable.
Review from Engineering Dept
The work place is filled with negitivity
Review from Engineering Dept
I don't use FTR anymore they are too expensive and I hear that from other customers. The bill goes up every month with more hidden fees, Customer service is bad, I know that personally calling in and hearing it from others who know I'm a FTR employee.
Review from Engineering Dept
Not a great balance of realization of employee value when comparing numerical results of production within the company as opposed to the people factor of that production. Employee morale seems to come second to raw output of numbers, regardless of the methods in which those numbers are achieved.
Review from Engineering Dept
Upper management seems to be focused too much on counting heads and saving money. Rather than improving infrastructure, technology, equipment, customer service, quality of service delivered to customer and different revenue streams. Counting heads costed us valuable and knowledgeable people.
Review from Engineering Dept
I appreciate this job; however, the stress & responsibility is extremely high. One transposed number can cause an outage for many customers. We have orders to provision, hot cuts, phone calls. pressure can build up rather quickly. lack of communication from supervisor can be long causing uneasiness
Review from Engineering Dept
Nothing wrong. Excited is just not a word I would use to describe how I feel about going to work. Grateful might be a better word because I am grateful that I have a job to go to and that I enjoy the company of my co-workers.
