We used to get bonuses and raises....now we get just a paycheck which is good! Our senior leadership did not even take the time to tell us why there was no increase this year. At least tell us why.....But, we then read how Frontier is trying to approve 38 million in bonuses for senior leadership.

Don't work for Frontier expecting to increase your salary over time. Even if you've saved the company tens of thousands of dollars and continue to do so, they will be hard-pressed to hand out even a 2% raise.

I have been offered a much higher salary to return to Verizon but have chosen to stay with Frontier. We should be given a raise every year, especially when the media points out the executives are receiving huge bonuses even in bankruptcy.

I honestly think over all the company does pay a decent salary. However we get no incentive bonuses, no raises. The cost of living is clearly sky rocketed. it takes 40 % of my bring home net pay just to make my mortgage. I am not living lavishly, just getting by. No way to save for the future.
