Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

For the amount of work we do, was done by multiple work groups in the past. Also the face of the company and we make of break the customer experience.

To be brought up to CWA's current pay. I work for legacy side of company, it was the workers that made it possible to purchase Verizon. It seems company doesn't care about us. CWA is making 5-6 dollars more one the hour and benefits payed as well. I feel like ive been left behind in this process.

We used to get bonuses and raises....now we get just a paycheck which is good! Our senior leadership did not even take the time to tell us why there was no increase this year. At least tell us why.....But, we then read how Frontier is trying to approve 38 million in bonuses for senior leadership.

Not a clear salary structure across the footprint, especially when comparing those who worked previously in larger companies when acquired. Re-evaluation against peers was never done. This is at engineer, manager and director levels.

Willingness to work vacations, schedule them around work, I have two computer degrees, I have never been written up. Fifteen years with the company. I have never missed a deadline. I'll work after-hours, weekends, holidays even to get work done. If I make a mistake I tell management myself. Loyal.

Don't work for Frontier expecting to increase your salary over time. Even if you've saved the company tens of thousands of dollars and continue to do so, they will be hard-pressed to hand out even a 2% raise.

We have suffered salary compression for years. Regaining our bonus compensation and receiving our raises again would be a start. There is no communication about this from leadership. They just stay hush while they continue to receive these benefits.

I have been offered a much higher salary to return to Verizon but have chosen to stay with Frontier. We should be given a raise every year, especially when the media points out the executives are receiving huge bonuses even in bankruptcy.

I honestly think over all the company does pay a decent salary. However we get no incentive bonuses, no raises. The cost of living is clearly sky rocketed. it takes 40 % of my bring home net pay just to make my mortgage. I am not living lavishly, just getting by. No way to save for the future.

Salary employees no longer receive raises or bonuses. Fair pay vs the competitors in our space would retain knowledgeable staff and prevent them from looking elsewhere or other industries.
