Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary employees no longer receive raises or bonuses. Fair pay vs the competitors in our space would retain knowledgeable staff and prevent them from looking elsewhere or other industries.

To be fairly paid based on others within my title.

Because I compared with similar jobs and others employeers in the area pay more. I took the job because I like to help customers, I'm interested on delivering new products, influence positive changes for the company and I like what what I do.

I believe that due to my relative youth I am underpaid, especially given my role. For example when I took my current position I applied for a SR Manager position. When I received the job it was brought down to a Manager position because the pay increase was too steep

We are all treated so nicely. I can compared our treatment when we were with a former company that had several business interest, so we were constantly told we needed to do better to close the gap of profit to our side of the company compared to their other business investments.
