My experience with Frontier has been so uplifting compared to the previous company that was very depressing, as we were treated as if we needed to do more always to make money for the CEO and shareholders. You can't overwork an employee mentally that way and I appreciate that Frontier does not!

We are treated as hard workers and equal with our management employees.

This is the easiest team to work with in my 20 years of working in Telecommunications.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are all treated so nicely. I can compared our treatment when we were with a former company that had several business interest, so we were constantly told we needed to do better to close the gap of profit to our side of the company compared to their other business investments.
