Working on finally automating tasks we have had to do manually after losing these functions from acquisitions.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Salary employees no longer receive raises or bonuses. Fair pay vs the competitors in our space would retain knowledgeable staff and prevent them from looking elsewhere or other industries.
