We are hopeful the issues leading up to Chapter 11 are in the past, As long as the re-organization goes well and Frontier is profitable again we should be fairly compensated and have room for growth.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working on finally automating tasks we have had to do manually after losing these functions from acquisitions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary employees no longer receive raises or bonuses. Fair pay vs the competitors in our space would retain knowledgeable staff and prevent them from looking elsewhere or other industries.
