Stop punishing loyal employees. 15/10/5 year employees shouldn't make the same as a 1 month PT employee. Stop patronizing. Stop issuing store walks & audits during pandemics. Stop spraying mistery chemicals on us. Stop hiring upper mgmt that doesn't know what POG stands for or what a force out is

Very low pay, especially compared to competitors. Constantly called "heroes" & given fuel points or a bottle of ketchup or bag of noodles instead of a living wage. Not enough hours allotted for expected work. Trucks come late or not at all & nobody communicates to employees whose job is unloading

Never interviewed. Grandfathered in from a different company where I was the assistant manager to the co manager (who was store mgmt) at that previous company. Only wanted to be a stocker temporarily...still here due to need of 3rd shift currently but was offered Grocery Manager on my 2nd day. No ty

There's a few FT employees who actually know how to do the job & show up to work that are still there. Unfortunately they get paid the same as the lazy new hires that fall asleep on the clock instead of running trucks. Every store has a "go to" stocker and they are expected to carry the weight
