Overall my experience has been quite alright. The manager who makes the schedule does not do a great job at making sure there is an adequate amount of people on staff as well as taking into account those in high school who have other things going on.

Currently working at store 474, since I started i have been singled out by my lead picked on for things everyone else will do. When hired on i told them my availability and have continued to tell them when i was able to work they would keep scheduling me closing hours making it very hard on me.

The best thing about the leadership team at my store is that they care both for the customer and the employees. They will often give the customer deals and such but will not turn their backs on their employees when a difficult situation occurs.

It frels like a lit of responsibility for customer service clerks for the pay. I love the grocery business and working here. Just hoping I can pay my bills on what I make. I took a peap from a high paying job wherebi was unhappy to lower pay to be happy.

Employees that are dedicated and have moved up within the company are not compensated the same as employees hired from outside companies.

Front end manger and some leads their attitude ans how they treat each other. Singling other employees out picking on them. Managers that will not listen to your availability or request to be transferred out of certain departments

I'm afraid of management as they are constantly speaking negatively of employees below them. I am constantly yelled at and berated when I make a mistake. I wish store managers would put the department managers in there place and reprimand them for the way they treat us.

Understaffing on purpose, just to save money (because sales weren't met) makes work a ball of stress that no one looks forward to. Some of the things required, have nothing to do with customer service, and yet is expected despite the amount of help provided.
