Overall my experience has been quite alright. The manager who makes the schedule does not do a great job at making sure there is an adequate amount of people on staff as well as taking into account those in high school who have other things going on.

My team at this store gets along well for the most part and are friendly to one another.
What makes you most happy at work?
The thing that makes me the most happy at work is meeting sweet customers that are so kind and encouraging.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment at the store I work in is very friendly. Each employee does whatever they can within reason to make sure that the customer is satisfied.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The best thing about the interviewing process was that it was very short and there were few questions so as a teen that helped me not be quite so nervous.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The best thing about the leadership team at my store is that they care both for the customer and the employees. They will often give the customer deals and such but will not turn their backs on their employees when a difficult situation occurs.
