What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are not strict, but not very loose either, which is good! Keeps the members working but not letting that get off easily if slacking off too much. They can be chill and caring as well.

The training info was in depth and showed how much the managers care about ensuring the quality of goods received by customers, instead of just seeing them as dollar signs.
