Work enviroment is decent because of coworkers. Most are just trying to do their jobs then return to their families.

Rewarding work hard. There are so many good workers, however they receive under market value. And buying new technology, Hertz is at least 10 years behind it's competitors

I believe Hertz has a problem with incentiving with money. Instead they throw parties for when you have X amount of years on the job. Occasional free lunches, do not make up for non existent raises or bonuses.
