My overall experience has been great. From my very first interview, first day of work until present. The people at Integrity are great and they made me feel welcome from day one. It's not often that the CEO will come up to you and personally introduce himself and shake your hand.

Being able to help others, share ideas, improve processes and being able to fellowship with my coworkers.

Integrity celebrates all cultures and as a company we partake in celebrating each other. Integrity lives by the core values, and they also put family first.

One of the perks is being able to accrue 15 days of PTO, and the benefits package is amazing. I haven't seen benefits be this great in a long time.

The leadership team is always keeping us engaged on the rises and falls of the company. They are transparent across the board and that says a lot about Integrity as a whole.

The company and everyone treats each other life family, and their eagerness to help each other. Everyone is working together as a team, and that is a beautiful experience. The environment makes you want to come to work every day just because if the people you work with.

We're willing to help one another in a time of need, not just at work but outside of work. We always collaborate with each other to brainstorm ideas that could help improve our processes. We're all about educating employees and going the extra mile to provide excellent customer service.

The compensation package is great, but I believe the company could offer a bonus incentive outside of the employee ownership program. A yearly bonus would set the tone that Integrity appreciates all the hard work that has taken place over the course of the year. This would be a good retention tool.

I appreciate how leadership acknowledges their team, but giving them accolades for a job well done. It's not too often you see or hear leaders giving their employees praise in front of everyone. I appreciate their candor and transparency, it says a lot about who they are and the company as a whole.

Being able to come in an interact with people and provide excellent customer service across the board. We all have a common goal, and that is making sure that are clients and partners are satisfied. I love being at a job where there is tons of interaction and laughter, as well as teamwork.
