the employee ownership program. when the company does well we all benefit.

i don't feel like there are a lot of egos, but that we all work well with each other

I work from home so my environment is awesome

The HR & People team are very responsive to needs and ensure there are reasons to look forward to coming into the office like delicious lunch, fun treats and all office needs are met.

Having autonomy to work on projects inside the scope of TA policies and the trust from my managers to get the job done the best I can. Positive and constructive creative feedback also helps me feel confident in my skills and secure in my position.
