What is the best part about your compensation package?
all the benefits are great. I like they contribute to the 401K.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I took on a new role as CEO with significant responsibility. I increased EBIDTA by 43% in 9 months. We are a leader in health production. I spend more time away from my family than ever. I have never been offered additional stock, the bonus I received is the same as years past. No base pay change.

I was placed in a new role February 2023. I took this position and was under the impression I would receive a raise and that hasn't happened. I have been at the same pay rate for 4 years and with the new responsibilities I would like to be compensated for that.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need better training. The bad apples are not reprimanded. Management's fear is lack of headcount but negative employees causing dissent are far worse.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It starts with the CEO he sets the tone which is always very positive. It's the best work culture I have ever been a part of with to many attributes to list.

Employees feel valued. Its the smallest, largest company I have ever worked for. We do a lot of great things to recognize employees and help make them feel part of the team. Our culture makes them feel what each employee does is important.

The people, the agencies, our partners, doing my part to contribute to our growth. I like the competitiveness too.
