They make themselves available and they are approachable. They are very supportive and open to new ideas/suggestions. They encourage us to be better and provide us opportunities to do that. They are very knowledgeable and experienced.

The paid time off, the medical benefits and the service time they give us to give back to the community.

The benefits are great, but also the perks we get for being part of this company with the different programs they put in place. I like they give us time off to serve our communities outside of work.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I took on a new role as CEO with significant responsibility. I increased EBIDTA by 43% in 9 months. We are a leader in health production. I spend more time away from my family than ever. I have never been offered additional stock, the bonus I received is the same as years past. No base pay change.

I was placed in a new role February 2023. I took this position and was under the impression I would receive a raise and that hasn't happened. I have been at the same pay rate for 4 years and with the new responsibilities I would like to be compensated for that.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need better training. The bad apples are not reprimanded. Management's fear is lack of headcount but negative employees causing dissent are far worse.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its positive even when its stressful and fast paced. Everyone knows the goal or task at hand, and they want each other to succeed so they do their part. It starts at the top with positive leadership.

Working with the co-workers/team members. They inspire me motivate me...that's exciting to me. They make me better at what I do.
