My feel of accomplishment. Knowing that I've made a difference, not just for the company, but for the Partners that I interact with almost everyday - knowing that I'm giving them a product they can trust.

I enjoy that they allow me to flourish on my own terms and are not micro-managing my every move. This in return allows me to build my confidence on my work, task, and objectives on a month to month basis.

I feel that the most positive attribute IMG brings is that it's welcoming - I feel that is my own nature in the way I see things. Hence, why I work as hard as I do, to reflect my thanks to the company and co-workers.

I really enjoy the open interaction between my team members - it makes the work environment feel peaceful without the conflicts or egos that make it hard to approach one another. I also enjoy the challenge we bring to one another to help shape ourselves as professionals.

I started working for IMG in May 2022, since then 5 people have left IMG & 1 went on medical leave - I've tackled their work and succeeded, previous offshore team replaced with a new offshore team - I trained and had them succeed in their overall tasks. For my Merit I got awarded 1.5%. Promotion 1%.
