I put "negative" because it also varies. Sometimes people are giving 5/10 and awful to work with and sometimes I get off zoom calls with a sore face from smiling/laughing.

I know everyone's trying their best. But from my perspective, leadership is not giving enough resources, trust, and consistent straightforward guidance to finance and sales operations managers.
