They all should get out more to know the market.

Listening to feedback coming from people on the ground before pushing out any sort of initiatives globally. A great example would be transparent pricing, that negatively impact everyone across the globe.

Transparent, on time and clear

Learning stipend, wellness fund and work from home stipend. There's also generous LTO, VTO, and PTO but most people don't use LTO and VTO.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am given KPI's that no one can achieve, which I meant to lose the variable. My salary does not increase, but only the work scope increases every year.

I am asked to do a 3 person job (because the company has now reduced headcount in our team even though we're struggling) and have been very successful apart from my other colleagues and yet there has been no recognition and no rewards and my pay is well below par

Benefits and perks are fair. However, when it comes to salaries, they are misaligned between the same roles and seniority. Kind of unfair.

The more I do, the more work and scope is passed on, and I feel underappreciated or undercompensated.

Compensation bands don't make sense and are below industry standard based on 2 minutes of Googling comparable roles. Goal posts move on compensation increases. HR, Finance, and Managers aren't aligned on comp. The comp we offer for senior IC roles makes it challenging to attract top talent.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Oddly enough, Mixpanel is the one company I've worked for that keeps emphasising culture yet its the one place that is lacking it. It can quickly become a facade if employees think they are following it rather than actually are. I do believe we need more empathetic people here.

Aligned and transparent process from the start. Strong communication and good engagement from those in the process. No games - came to agreement on employment details quickly and without friction.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Good co-workers are quitting in droves. We need to get the low-morale people leave or change, but there are no leaders willing to build the culture in my region.
