Team building events really help us bond and maintain that strong relationship

Most of us have honest and open communication and we trust each other

More open and honest communication and taking responsibility for the decisions that negatively impacted their employees.

Mixcursion because we finally get to see everyone and vent about everything that's been happening and compare notes
What are some of the best things about your team?
We treat each other like family and we're always helping each other improve our skills and become better in sells. We really are ONE TEAM.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're really making an effort regarding Diversity & Inclusion . I have seen a real difference within the past 6 months, however there is a ways to go.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am asked to do a 3 person job (because the company has now reduced headcount in our team even though we're struggling) and have been very successful apart from my other colleagues and yet there has been no recognition and no rewards and my pay is well below par
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've just been promoted for the first time in 3 years and it was nowhere near what I was expecting or what I'm worth, considering all that I bring in. I have been offered double this amount at other companies but I love my team and my manager so much and that's hard to find.
