Listening to feedback, that's what they need to get better at. And I'm not talking about the whole "thank you for sharing this with us, we'll review it and yada yada" corporate crap for them to later do nothing about it. I'm talking about actually taking it into consideration when making decisions.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
After exceeding expectations for two Growth cycles in a row, taking on new responsibilities, giving 120% each day and getting praise from everyone to then not get a raise because "you've hit the top of your position's pay band"... I felt insulted.

The comradery and sense of belonging. Everyone's happy to help with whatever you're dealing with, and our managers trusts us to the point where we have little to no interactions throughout the week and we still manage to fulfill our expectations as a team.

Diversity & Inclusion and Transparency. Some companies talk about D&I to look good, but Mixpanel e-staff means it and employees welcome it. It's a wonderfully diverse company. On top of that, we believe in transparency. You can ask anything and get an answer on pretty much any subject matter.
